Same leotards?

Do you like or dislike the idea of all members of the team wearing the same leotards?

The idea is reaaaaally stupid!!!!!
Dressed this way you lose your personality ,your own style!
But it would be great if someone hear us (the athletes) because it´s really,really stuped if u perform routine on classic music to be dressed like someone who playing on latin music ,don´t u think ? confused

Aerobic Gymnastics wants to be on the Olimpic Games! It's a way for our sport to be there!!!!!!

I haven't weared formal leotard yet, but I like the idea!

Ou dear Dora ,I think you are very naive - do u know how many years we are waiting for that???
First they sad for Olimpic games 2004 ,after that for Olimpic games 2008 and what happen darling??? NOTHING!!!
When you think this is the only problem to become olimpic sport ,why rhythmic gymnastic make their leotards like that - so shiny,so interesting,with flowers etc.???
Why? And artistic also have more right then aerobic - for exaple the glitter on their hair!
This is only un excuse and to show the athletes that they work - no,they only make stupid rules!
If it´s so so important to become Olimpic sport ,why is there such a huge difference in the scores at the top 8 athletes???
They have to start from there I think...

Before years was so interesing with the themes routines Sad

Before months I had a competiton, my friends came to see me ,they was so excited before years - now so bored.
They left after my performance Crying or Very sad

They sad that everyone was looking and made the same and for the people who don´t understand the sport, it´s really boring!
There is aerobic federations where the audience screams more then athletes cheers

Well, I stoped Aerobics in Ulm. That was my last competition.
I started aerobics in 1999. There we was able to use really shine leotards, transparency and holes on it.
We used to put sound effects in the songs.
We was able to "act" the song.
I could use a "Moulin Rouge" song, for example and use a leotard similar as the clothes they use on the movie.
Now the athletes can´t do anything!
Artistic Gymnastic is growing! They can use glitter in hair, shine leotards, tansparency.
And Aerobics can´t do anything!
I always tought that this is not what makes an athlete good, but it makes the sport more beautiful!
Nowadays we see same leotards, same elements, similar boring songs! Come on! Creativity!
I think the leotard must show what the song ask for! I always tried to make my leotards like my song!
The same leotard for all the team make them loose their identity!
We already use a Nation Uniform!
Why use a Nation leotard???

I totaly agree with Antony and Julianaero!!! Drunk

As many of you know me, I would never put up with this rule!!!
This is against our identity and individual style ,I hate to be invisible and this is exactly what will happen with the same leotards!
And I respect the ahtletes with theme routines,unique leotards ,interesting and strong musics.
It´s hard to find original idea and show what one is made of!
And to see that this music and leotard are made exactly for this routine or the efects are for this choreo!
Now I compete in other federation (FISAF) and it´s so different from FIG because they encourage the athletes to put more and more ideas....
I respect that becuase this way you can express youself the way you are and way you feel!
And really - how one flower on the leotard can stop the headway to this sport to become Olimpic ,just think about it!
However ,can say that I miss all of u guys on those competition ,but everyone has to find his way to be happy Dancing
