The World Games 2009 will be held in Kaoshiung, Chinese Taipei (Taiwan) from July 16 to July 26. Aerobic gymnastics events will take place on July 24 and 25. This page claims to have the qualified NOC's, but I know this is not all. I remember seeing some of the start lists somewhere, but can't find it anymore.

Gymnastics events will be broadcast live. Taiwanese residents can watch it on PTS. HiNet will be broadcasting online. I'll post that link a little later once they have the option of viewing the World Games feed.
