Last week in Moscow (Russia) took place the World Aerobic Championship of FISAF. As maybe many of you know this federation has its own rules and code of point. It reminds a lot of the aerobic from the 90's, 2 min routines, more choreography, "brave" leotards and more show! They still have the push ups and the 4 kicks as the 4 eight count combination... But the "good/bad" news are that they have two of our best athletes competing in their federation - Ludmila Kovatcheva (World Medalist of FIG) and Jonatan Canada (World Campion of FIG). A good surprise for us is that they do MP! It's always a plesure to see two great athletes combining their power and rocking the stage! cheers They're second in the finals - CONGRATULATIONS guys!!!
But it seems like we left with a bitter sweet taste in our mouth... Suspect and it's because we wonder - Why these good athletes went to compete in FISAF?
How do you think? What's your opinion about this new MP? Write us everything!

I saw this routine on one their training in Barcelona…was so exciting…a lot of power and charisma lol! …niceeeee…I love it. Congratulations for the medal Bravo
